Hope I'm not locked out of discord or something tomorrow. I lost a ton of regular commissioners that I never got back when I left twitter years ago, I can't lose discord too. I'd hope that people migrate en masse to other discord-like apps if things get bad but I know its easier said than done.

I really need to start watching way more anime than I do, and catching up on a lot of the big ones that I've put off for years at this point. I've always been more of a manga reader since they're faster to binge, but most popular anime are in 13-26 ep chunks now which is doable if I pace myself.

While I think OoT was the game more deserving of a remake, I think a bigger undertaking would've been taking A Link to the Past and remaking that instead. Not as a Link's Awakening type of remake but 3D, with a nearly BotW-sized map adapted from the LttP one, but keeping the linear dungeon structure

Thinking back to when Sega tried making Windy Hill a thing and the face of the franchise moving forward after Generations. For awhile it felt like it'd be the next big "Hill" after Green Hill and Seaside Hill. Then Lost World disappointed expectations and they went back to Green Hill for everything.

My favorite thing about the upcoming Kirby is that it seems to be a big open area style game and a big leap for its franchise, /without/ being set in a desolate/ post apocalypic setting, which is refreshing. Heck Kirby got that urge out of the way early in the lead up to the new one instead.
