WOW. 10+ Republicans just flipped in Montana and voted to kill a 25 year statute of limitations on trans care meant to end care, amended it down to 4 years. This may not seem like a big deal, but it's huge. It's the most Republicans I've seen flip like this in recent memory. Zooey's doing work.

You need to mentally prepare yourself for bad news. Like, lots of it, sustained over a very long period of time. Take long breaks from social media, reach out to loved ones, get involved in your community, and if you can afford it, get a good therapist who works well with you

Be a safe place for them to vent and cry or maybe even mourn that relationship. It kills a part of you that you can't get back when a parent doesn't care about you. It'll always hurt but times that it's ok and than it'll have flair ups.

okay, so. i have bipolar disorder. we have a suicide rate of about 1/5. i've basically spent my entire teenage and adult life trying not to kill myself. so with that in mind, here are my tips on how to hang in there: 1) don't isolate. i know all the excuses. but don't do it
