They make two variations of the can, with and without price. Supposed to let smaller markets that have to pay higher rates due to distribution networks to charge a price that makes up for the difference. Yep. Arizona purposely makes two versions of the plain cans, one with and one without price, so that smaller stores with smaller distribution/suppliers that pay more for product can charge higher to make up the difference. I'm sure it sometimes gets abused, of course.
