It's 15 minutes to kick-off of the first MLS game in 2 months, the first since the start of this hugely successful World Cup. There is no pregame show. There is no scene-set that explains the first half of the season. There is nothing to welcome new viewers and connect the league to the past month.

I would disagree with the idea that they weren't distracted. Losing to a better team like Belgium is warranted and maybe excusable. But the way that they conceded their first three goals is indefensible and they sure looked distracted (or at least hopeless) on all three.

Of two minds about this. 1) It is good that a player who probably got incorrectly sent off for a foul that clearly wasn't a red card is now not suspended for his next game. 2) The way this happened is pretty much just blatant corruption and arguably taints the rest of this World Cup run.
