Pottery class today was catching up on glazing & clearing some space on our teacher's 'bisque fired' shelf. Going for a wavy line motif in different glazes & application techniques. Looking forward to seeing how these come out, the colours should be quite different!

More #pottery from before Xmas, some now gifted. Disappointed with the drippy glaze on the white bowl, it rather spoilt my carefully drawn wax resist arts & crafts design. A lesson in taking time with glaze application & not rushing it at the last minute!

Great start to my #pottery year - after watching throwdown on Sunday, teacher suggested we try bottles! They're pretty small & slightly odd shapes but v pleased with my first attempt. Only one dud which I was able to rescue & turn into a mug.
