🔥 One strike. Almost the entire refinery stopped. After Ukraine’s September 26 strike on the Ilsky oil refinery, 3 of its 6 primary oil-processing units were damaged — AT-4, AT-5 and AT-6. Together, they provided 99% of the refinery’s primary processing capacity. The tank farm was also hit.
