Looks like you may be able to get accessible rooms to appear if hoh play around with dates and guest numbers, but they may only be larger and more expensive rooms 💀 So you're forced to pay higher rates if you're disabled, basically (Sadly not unusual) #RDC8 #Hannibal

I will say, staff at the event itself are usually very helpful, at least (I have heard complaints, but my experience was pretty good, minus the last day when they just randomly decided to do away with reserved disabled spaces for the closing ceremony for no reason)

(I had an old booking, made a new booking with the Starfury rates, then emailed the venue to explain the situation so they could cancel my old booking and make a note to ensure my new room booking was specifically an accessible one. Hotels are usually quite helpful)

I arranged to have an accessible room booking price changed to the Starfury rates at the previous venue for RDC7, hopefully Hilton can do the same sort of thing if anyone books now and then contacts them after, to avoid losing out on a room

Starfury have now sent out the hotel booking link for #RDC8 so grab it from someone if you don't get their emails Unsurprisingly, they haven't offered ANY accessible rooms But the Hilton Metropole DOES have accessible Queen rooms, so highly recommend contacting them #Hannibal
