setting things up for our show in MA tomorrow. of course i had to change a bunch of things at the last minute. but it's gonna be cool! i had a dream this morning in which i decided i was gonna bring my whole modular synth. but my awake self said no.

i REALLY wanted a personal organizer like this when i was like 8 years old. now, thanks to the thrift store chain "goodwill," my dream has finally come true.

a tiny pocket sized PDA with pixelated icons representing a phone book, world clock, calculator, games, and text files. you have to poke each letter of the alphabet with a stylus to type anything. also the photo is taken under a pink plant grow light with leaves in the background.

oh yeah, here are the cards i pulled this time. surprisingly cohesive, so i'm going to work on a bunch of gradient and color related things. (the four at the bottom i pulled manually (not randomly) as color references)

a magnetic whiteboard with four cards pinned in a square formation: 'color theory', 'just make glowy gradients', 'labyrinthine patterns as a gradient', and 'video + sound recording'

and four more cards pinned so they're hanging off the bottom, all of them have some kind of colorful gradient imagery on them.
