A few months ago I improvised a yoga mat bag as an extra incentive to find a studio that I liked enough to go to a few times a week. Last week, I got tired of my otherwise perfectly serviceable gym bag being ever slightly too long for the cubbies at the resulting studio, so now it's a set. 😁

Problem / solution. Hurrah for physics!

A swath of soil, with a large concrete object in the middle. The concrete thing has a hole in its top that would once have socketed in a 4x6 post.

An a-frame ladder setup over a hole in a garden bed, with a 4x4 post, a handful of carabineers, and some nylon rope rigged as a crude pulley/block and tackle to lift a large concrete footing out of a hole.
