This large UK Biobank study (~475k participants/10 years) reveals the joint impact of 4 movement factors: physical activity, grip strength, low sitting time, and sound sleep. Meeting all 4 factors was linked to a 35% reduction in total stroke and a striking 57% reduction in all-cause dementia risk.
