I recently had a little bit of a back and forth on Facebook. A gentleman didn't seem to understand compassion and when or how it should be applied. I was pretty simple about it. The person who was harmed and had no control over the situation (victim) is a good place to start. They didn't get it.

I think we need to add the ability to recall and bar elected officials to our system. Like If a public referendum passes in the congressperson's district the state legislator would need to hold a special vote. Even give the grace of a 65% majority...

I want to change one thing. Once it succeeded it's no longer where "Authoritarianism Starts", it's now active authoritarianism. They can ask all they want, bully all they want, but until someone agrees to their behavior and capitulates we're ok. We are not OK. The bad guys are in control.

I think any of the AR glasses need to come with highly visible camera indicators and high contrast covers. Like, sure, use all the cool features of the AT glasses but the use of the camera will be visitable to EVERYONE, as well as your blocking of the camera.

Punitive fines are stupid... 3.3 million dollars for a fine of illegal price fixing that netted a profit of 1.2 billion.. All you did was tell them that they can illegally price fix and the cost is a third of a percent of what they're going to make. That's a great. 'Return on crime" ratio
