as a veteran who is also trans, it absolutely breaks my heart what is happening to my brothers and sisters currently serving. i served under DADT, which was BS, but at least it was consistent. folks now are having the rug pulled out from under them. the hate is coming from all directions

20 (a) MEDICAID.—Section 1903(i) of the Social Secu-
21 rity Act (42 U.S.C. 1396b(i)) is amended—
22 (1) in paragraph (26), by striking ‘‘; or’’ and
23 inserting a semicolon;
24 (2) in paragraph (27), by striking the period at
25 the end and inserting ‘‘; or’’;

(3) by inserting after paragraph (27) the fol-

i used an app with a bluetooth tape measure to track 20 measurements. it was fascinating because i captured the period of more rapid changes. i lost like 5 inches (12.5cm) off my shoulders. eventually the changes slowed and i stopped measuring because it had the potential to morph into ED fuel

The House Republican reconciliation bill will now ban both surgeries and HRT prescription under Medicaid for all Americans. Earlier, I posted that it wouldn’t affect HRT. This is incorrect. I was mistaken, because the bill refers to medications for trans people… as “procedures.”

segregating restrooms is an inefficient use of space and inherently leaves people excluded. for example an elderly male and female couple can’t help each other in either and so we create a third restroom for family or disabled. one single well designed restroom could serve all and cost less
