Not sure it's got a name these days? We just called it the Warren Under the Twelveswood.

What is this interior design? Why a bed in front of a giant glowing wall art? And why does it feel kinda familiar? //Apartment of my other WoL

My poker face is terrible and I'm often terrified. This helps.

Fayne Sartheaux @fayne-sartheaux.etheirys.social · 22/09/2026

Seems a fine opportunity to crack the seal on this fact. Still early in her journey as the WoL, being out, and me writing her lore. Fayne is transfemme, like her player, and still nearly cries every time she gets called She/Her/Ma'am/Mistress Sartheaux. (Also like her player)

Let me keep my head in the clouds just a bit longer. Please, don't make me go. Please, don't leave. #OdetteNav #gpose

A screenshot of my oc, Odette, who is a young elezen / hyur with blonde hair. She's dressed in a sweater and shorts colored white, with slippers.

Odette sits on a cushioned bench next to a large window that has panes which create a central diamond shape, with "rays" coming off it. She is partially tucked into herself as she looks out into the expanse of clouds below, while the sun begins to set and casts a warm glow.

The sun has missed its mark to be center with the diamond, now skewed slightly.

It doesn't fit here, does it?

The same image as above, but now the sun has fully set and the stars come out. The clouds below looking more and more like a far away atmosphere. Drifting off.

Would the distance help? Would it ease anything? You remember that space is cold, don't you? The space they'll leave will grow cold too.

The Grand Companies desire I join them. Ul'dah seems the most in need of help, though I am not sure it needs the help of another official soldier. Gridania was where I emerged, and as tempestuous as it is it also holds the way back home. Limsa is a class to herself. Anyone have any suggestions

Dear 12. Why? Just Why? WHy did you decide "ah yes Fayne. Fayne Sartheaux. She's the one that needs to talk to a crystal and get some stupid power and get roped into whatever it is these Scions want done"? Please, pick someone else. Anyone. Please. I'm scared.

I haven't been above ground for long. I just wanted to be a guard for any city that would take me. So far there is trouble everywhere so maybe I need to be something more. Ul'dah especially needs someone. //Batman TAS theme music starts #elezen #gpose

I had another vision headache thing. I got told to go to some place called the Waking Sands. I have a very bad feeling about this.

What was I supposed to do? Just stand by while she got harassed in the street? At least no one could see the panic under the mask.

Is Yda trying to recruit me into a cult? Saying I have a gift and to meet a friend of hers.

The Deepcroft is infested? I've got family buries there!! And they seem to think I'm suited to take care of this. Unfortunately. Am I ever going to get to just be a guard? I would be really good at it now

Jandelaine was. Enthusiast. Are cities always like this? Why did I decide 'oh it's fine I know what it's like on the surface?' Do I really need to get a haircut? I thought it looked cute

//Fayne is really really not prepared to be the WoL. She can barely handle being above ground. Can't wait to hurl her into situations.

Fayne Sartheaux @fayne-sartheaux.etheirys.social · 07/09/2026

I even made it to Ul'dah. I'm never taking an airship again. Ever. And there's even MORE sky here. No ocean but by the hells it's hot! Armor is not worth it.

Airship. As in. In the sky. Above the everything. Airship. Why can't I just walk to Ul'dah?

"The crystal has chosen you for a purpose" said the Elder SeedSeer. Nononononononono. Guard. Just a guard. A poor girl with a spear. I'm still scared of the sky! please tell me that was some sort of stress hallucination, I wasn't even at Carteneau. ...please. no

Ran into Papalymo and Yda again. After fighting some sort of.. demon. And a mage with a floating mask. I just want to be a guard. Guarding doesn't usually involve demons right? And Yda and Papalymo can take care of this?

I mean I guess the gods probably exist right? And makes sense to pray to them for help. Wait, Hydaelyn, you mean, like, the world? Or is that... isn't that like a crystal? What does this have to do with gods? DO people worship the world? I suppose they could.

At least I found a nice place to sleep. Not a bad first day in Gridania? Lots of dead animals. SO many dead animals. But I got paid. Joined the guild I guess. Ummm.... anything anyone wants to know?

030

Fayne Sartheaux @fayne-sartheaux.etheirys.social · 17/08/2026

Serious question, how does everyone deal with so.... much.... sky? I thought the Twelveswood would be okay with all the trees but, like, no. theres just sky above. A lot of sky. Feels like I could float away.

020

Fayne Sartheaux @fayne-sartheaux.etheirys.social · 17/08/2026
