Also this book gave me the idea for older Mistresses in the non-sexual arcologies in the Garden, who have gone through a form of menopause and are far less potent (though still quite virile and more than happy to please the adult femmes of their villages). the good news is that theres a pretty strong base of evidence that going from basically no exercise to a 15+ minute walk a day does tremendous good to reduce cardiovascular issues and mortality down the road. you can also be like me and just get really into running 🫠
