I’ve taken a bit of a hit cos my counsellor has fallen sick and taken a few weeks off work (which isn’t her fault) but in her absence I am struggling a lot.

I just want to feel okay. I want to feel like I have support and safety but right now I just feel lonely and terrified for the future. I hate airing these thoughts out loud, it’s not the life I want to live. I want to thrive. But alas

I miss being productive and creative so much. I hate how much my mental health buckles me. I’ve been through a lot of traumatic shit the past year and I’m just a point where I’m like “what do I even do at this point”

Unfortunately still here. But my counsellor is such a wise, kind lady. I’m so grateful for her. She sets me tasks each week and I hope it leads me to a happier life and healing. I’m so exhausted.
