Stepped off the path for a moment to observe the different hues of autumn on my woodsy walk. Three gigantic evergreens sit right in frame, leaning towards the path. Their large branches reach out to overhang the path, their sturdy presence reassuring. Evergreens on the other side too but partially hidden by an autumn mist and dense foliage in muted shades of fall. Up round the bend, more colour and parts unseen. The white sky and light fog soften the landscape..a breath in moment🍂
