Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 12/12/2024Happy holidays from Avalon ❄️ Connor made them dress up. 040
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 11/12/2024If I had to make you preorder our dark academia series with a single hook, it would be: “The main character serves cunt.” 🫰🏼🫰🏼 170
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 11/12/2024✨We listen and don’t judge ✨ When he’s in her empty office and sees her spare cardigan on the back of her chair. And he’s so obsessed with her scent he 💦 on it. Then he panicks and tries to wash it with soap and water. DISH soap. It’s cashmere. ✨ We listen and we dont judge.✨ 070
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 11/12/2024*me when someone says they hope Hades & Persephone curse me for writing smut about them (actual event)* 160
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 11/12/2024Take your meds. Drink water. Read Smut. Fight the patriarchy. 160
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 11/12/2024Nothing is funnier to me that despite the heavy altering we did to the Greek Gods family tree, the one people always get upset about is that… We made Hades the middle brother. 🧍🏼♂️ He gives middle brother energy. Always in the middle of Z and Poseidon. I can’t explain it. 040
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 11/12/2024My favorite microtrope is when he kills her past abusers in a truly unhinged way and never tells her. 040
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 11/12/2024I can’t. So we live in the same neighborhood as a famous criminal defense attorney - think menedez, Petersen, Jackson, etc.- and I just saw him walking his dogs with a sweatshirt that said REASONABLE DOUBT across it in the Law & Order font. 💀 010
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 11/12/2024If you think I’m not going to make you fall in love with an unknown character who only appears as a wind avatar for most of Avalon, you’re wrong. 000
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 11/12/2024Listen, I will eat up “he is so obsessed with her that he hates her” trope all the time. 24/8. But i will go to my grave with the belief that it does not qualify as the sole basis of enemies to lovers. 010
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 11/12/2024I really want to be on this app more but the interface gives too much like Twitter and i left that dark place years ago 😭 010
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 08/12/2024Let me tell you about my dark academia romantasy… 010
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 28/11/2024I hope everyone has a good “had to scroll through several pages of a personal life story and where they were on 9/11 to get to this recipe” day tomorrow. 190
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 28/11/2024Do people really not know that Wicked Part 2 is The Wizard of Oz from Elphaba’s POV? 🧍🏼♂️ 030
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 28/11/2024Also if you really loved Jinx in Arcane, go read the nightmare and the daydream. 020
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 27/11/2024And if you love Lore Olympus but wish it was unhinged and spicy, go read the maiden and the unseen. In hindsight, it’s nothing like lore Olympus. 020
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 27/11/2024Listen if you liked Zodiac Academy but with like more Crescent City vibes but put them in university, or you really liked the magicians but wanted a happy ending for SOMEONE. Preorder Blood & Betrayals. I don’t make the rules. 130
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 27/11/2024It’s alright to decompress. Even for all the gifted burnout eldest daughters who feel like they’re failing someone if they’re not being productive. 240
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 27/11/2024When our dark academia has students in their late 20s and early 30s because we can’t leave saving the world to the YOUTHS. The CHILDREN. Also, because we felt like it. 190
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 27/11/2024I love writing hard magic systems, especially based on languages. For example, every species can LEARN every casting language but not every species can USE every single one. There are two exceptions: Fae and Sorcerors. These two can use any and all. 040
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 27/11/2024Summer gets turned on by smart people. Connor is an honor student and student body president. The stranger is…well the Stranger. 020
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 27/11/2024*my face when the turkey thing comes out* 😐 *my face knowing morgues avoid hiring male employees* 😐 060

Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 26/11/2024Let’s see how these do on here 🤔 who likes a trope arrow post for our dark academia series? 1170
Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 25/11/2024The most annoying thing about when you have signed copies is the debate over whether you put a thing saying they’re hand-stamped by the Author, because otherwise people will be ableist about it like you’re trying to deceive them by making sure your author’s hands don’t give out. 🧍🏼♂️ 020

Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 25/11/2024If you've ever wanted to read about a Fae who hates being fae, with 100% inspired comic book weapons - Elektra ftw - go preorder B&B. Also he's a berserker. It does get bigger when he *wiggles brows* pinch the pictures to bring max and summer together. Non biblically. 030

Jeanette Rose @fatedloves.bsky.social · 15/11/2024When Hades is injured but is wanting to play with Persephone… So he leans back against the pillows of their bed and his shadows lift her from the ground, watching as they take care of her, splaying her open so he can watch. And he lifts the cup of coffee to his lips and enjoys the view. 😌 091
