Luckily, I scored most of the Ranma1/2 girls through gashapons Akane & Ukyo as little plushies, Kasumi & Nabiki as keychains I know this is ultimately landfill but when you have tender feelings for charas over such a long period of time, there is something fulfilling when you can hold them in hand

I went all the way to Japan and my favourite merch from this trip is Ranma and Ryoga I have loved this pair since I first started reading comics & I picked up a Viz GN way back in 1997/98 Sadly, I didn't find Akane. I would have loved a figure of Akane in her martial arts uniform 🥋

My cat climbed into my car with me unaware while I unpacked shopping this afternoon. I'm now $1000 poorer She's been rehydrated & oxygenated & is glaring at me for saving yet another of her lives. It has been a big day.

It absolutely terrifies me how expensive Central Coast property is now I'd love to move back where I grew up but the price points are Sydney prices Where we stayed for a few days is selling for more than our Sydney home is worth. But I get it. I'd love to see this every day too.

My summer read is Wilkie Collins' The Woman in White I've never read it before nor have I seen any film/TV versions so I came to it only knowing it was a gothic text For a novel written 165 years ago, the prose is still fluid & compelling I'm loving the twists & reveals & the multiple narrators.

I hate it when I can't set something up myself & this Uniden 'kid friendly' walkie talkie set is killing me. I have spent 20mins wrestling with the back battery cover with no success. Do I crack a knife in or ask a neighbour?
