Still avoiding the big carbs for Mrs Fa's diet....but never giving up pork belly. The tomato sauce in the lentils came from our final greenhouse batch roasted with garlic etc....it was tasty!

Just occured to me that I'm a 'traitor' to my country. Mum & dad spent their retirement raising money for he RNLI. When mum died last year, I asked for all donations to go to the RNLI. Even had the local choir that mum sang in do the Lifeboats 'unofficial' anthem "Home from the Sea!. Traitors!

Listening to R3 as Sibelius' 5th is on In Concert tonight....love his music. There's a piece on by a contemporary composer I've never heard of - Gabriella Smith's Organ Concerto 'Breathing Forests'. Instantly reminded me of Ligeti....in a good way.
