This came out of left field and blew me away. The last dish I had from this restaurant was pedestrian, but this version steak was exquisite. 010

Faolan @faolanmcean.bsky.social · 15/05/2025Bit of experimental cookery here: tagliatelle with creamy mushroom and sausage sauce. The experimental part is that I added caraway seed and Chinese 5 spice to the sausages as they were cooking. It adds a very pleasant warm earthiness to the flavour. 020
