Social Circle, my place, my people... Why is DHS paying 100 million over fair market value? Town of 5500 in a red county now will triple in size...they think no one will complain...the thing is reality punches people in the face when laid on their doorstep.

SOCIAL CIRCLE, GEORGIA...I grew up there. Have family, friends and roots in town and the area... a town of 5500 expected to support 10,000 detainees in April. How do you retro fit a mil. sq. ft. warehouse for sanitation for 10K in 60 days? They paid 100 MILLION over asking. Heartbreaking.
