Yep! In order of efficacy I've used eladel (🗑️), triamcinalone, and currently mometasone furoate. I was able to use the mometasone very sparingly before, now that I'm confident this weird skin stuff is eczema I'm hoping more aggressive treatment with the mometasone helps.

Something similar happened years ago during the most stressful job I ever had, but I don't have that stress anymore. It sucks. I dealt with so many skin issues growing up and up until recently I was the best I'd ever been.

There's more than this, but over the last two months my eczema (which has been under control for years) has spread to my eyes and wide swathes of my feet and lower legs, with no clear trigger. I'm used to dealing with it on my arms and hands, but this new spread is painful, ugly, and getting worse
