I've heard about those "Flea" tags people are putting on each other and someone said "I don't see the big deal. Just wear a tag that says you don't want one." man you shouldn't have to opt out of nonconsensual touching, actually. Especially touching your expensive fursuit with a sharpie smeared pin.
