The UN has just adopted a new map of the world - the Equal Earth Projection - seems fair as the old Mercator Projection created in 1500s was itself a product of colonial times and projects. We should have a much clearer picture now of just how far and from where African Fairtrade products. come.

Small point - report says ‘ Fair Trade has evolved from a solidarity-based trading approach into a transformative economic model that puts people and planet before profit.’ It’s still a solidarity based model and that solidarity is what transforms transactions into a sustainable economic model? No?
