iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Someone must have shared the patterns with their Heated Rivalry loving cross stitch friends, because this amount doubled overnight.

I'm up to almost $40. This is the most I've made off my patterns in one day. And a good percent of what I've made since I started selling them.

Next dwarf done! This is Grorgae Shadowstalker. He may look bushman-esque here, but he cleans up real pretty.

A lineart of a chibi head of a dwarven character with a beard, mustache, and long hair. He has a scar across his face.

I never think of an audience, to be entirely honest. I write what I want to read, with characters I want to play with. Then I throw it and the internet and hope someone finds it.

Just saw a post on insta saying there should be a show with Alan Ritchson and Ma Dong-seok, and I AM SO DOWN FOR THAT.

IT WASN'T EVEN HORROR! The opening scene of Beauty & The Beast with the stained glass and the witch TERRIFIED me. Honourable mentions: The opening credits for Millennium starring Lance Henriksen, and the opening credits for Outer Limits.

The opening stained glass scene from Disney's Beauty & The Beast featuring the witch and the prince, when she first offers him the rose.

Riiiiight. For "reading and relaxing". 🤣🤣🤣🤣

an ad from temu for an angled cushion for "reading and relaxing while lying on your stomach in bed". The photo features a woman laying on her back on the cushion, her legs pulled up to her chest.

I've been adding random piercings to my dwarf chibi heads as I draw them. I'm gonna have to make note of where they are, because I never mention them in the book. 😅

He was severely injured upon his arrival, and they hadn't found other accommodations for him.

Oh, yeah, I have blocked a ton as well. Mostly Julie. 😂

True enough. We have very much medically and scientifically regressed.

Yeah, I'm totally gonna follow back a username like that and not immediately block them 🙄

I though that was one of those cures/treatments we kinda had on lock. As long as it was benign studying/preventative/curative, then they can have any lab they want. 😂

120

Kristin 🇨🇦🤓 @faierius.bsky.social · 16h

I'm more curious about why they even have a whole lab dedicated to studying plague.

I was just hearing Geralt in my head earlier today. Particularly his sarcastic "Thanks bunches." 😂

Something I saw earlier and now can't find the graphic for it... "I will no longer call myself single. I am unclaimed treasure."

Well, I suppose since my back doesn't feel *too* awful right now, I should fold the laundry that has been sitting in the basket for the last 2 weeks.

Before coming to Hemstone, Feinlived in a barebones apartment without so much as a house plant. Then, he lived in a sick room in the Healer Guild. Now, it's all kind of up in the air. Rohllia lives in her family holgh (dwelling) along with her sister.

Progress! My back feels about 80% today. I can walk almost entirely normally as long as I don't make my hips too loose. Certain bending/lifting is still off limits, but otherwise I'm doing pretty good. I would assume after my upcoming days off, I'll be almost good as new.

Black Butler never fails to surprise me. I never expected a boy band cult in Victorian England, but here we are...

Castiel just knocked over all of my Deadpool POPs, thinking it would be a good idea to explore behind my game consoles. Which he has NEVER done before. That is a problem for tomorrow. 😑

I have learned that, while I don't like straight up drawing an image from scratch on my tablet, I *love* lining and colouring on it.

Cool! I'll have to find it somewhere.

Rehliis, a character that will feature in World Walkers Book 2, is agender. Their entire race is. This is a potential conversation I came up with when they're introduced.

"I do not have a gender."
"Well, you've clearly got a cock between your legs."
"I am but one of a number of genetic variations. It has no bearing on who I am, merely how different chemicals and hormones are produced and distributed within my body."

I don't 😭😭 It's been many years since I last watched it.

110

Kristin 🇨🇦🤓 @faierius.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

An anime I remember watching a million years ago that I never hear about is Last Exile. I remember enjoying it, and it has good ratings...I might have to scrounge it up and watch it again. That, and GunXSword.

Kristin 🇨🇦🤓 @faierius.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

Have you ever seen the live action movies? They were so well done.

110

Kristin 🇨🇦🤓 @faierius.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

Is it? I haven't checked Canadian Prime for anime in a hot minute. I'll have to add it to my watch list if I see it.

110

Kristin 🇨🇦🤓 @faierius.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

Fantastic choices. I always wanted to watch Ranma. I've only seen a couple episodes of it.

110

Kristin 🇨🇦🤓 @faierius.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

This list very much isn't definitive. Because I also want to add Fullmetal Alchemist, Samurai Champloo, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, and many others.

Forever sad there isn't more of it.
