Requested a visit to a nutritionist a month and a half ago after I stopped eating keto (after a decade) and fainted at the gym. Finally got to see her. Explained I’m adapting to a regular diet and just want to make sure I’m not neglecting things.

Took family out for her birthday today, having previously confided I was feeling insecure because I’d put on a couple pounds. She said I didn’t look like I did. And I said I have. “Well don’t gain any more you don’t want to ruin it.” That’s definitely not a devastating thing to hear.

I've been doing a lot of work to improve my Commander decks, initially with the goal to make them play better and maybe hit some bracket 3. However, my experience with people who prefer bracket 3 as a baseline, it's almost always "as close to bracket 4 as I can get away with."
