Last night I ordered delivery and as usual gave the paper bag to Mr. Arlo to play with. Instead of climbing inside, he got on top of it and punched it until it was flat, then used it as a bed.

Sir Noodles Lapsha de Mimsy Porpington has gone. I will miss him terribly. His last week was good and yesterday he caught and ate a spider. Today I am cleaning the condo so when I get home later there is no cat stuff sitting around.

I partially set this up and then lay down for a bit before I finished putting the sheet on. It's 80 degrees in the kitchen (which is much better than the bedroom) so I guess I'm going to stick an ice pack in here with me.

The cat trap failed. 😹 I left the e-reader out for the whole afternoon and Noodles entirely refused to sit on it.

Jason died at age 32 in June 2015 from complications resulting from alcoholism. I met him when we were both temp workers doing bullshit work for CostCo and we each decided we would never see each other again, so we might as well be authentic. This was a life changing friendship. He saved my life.
