Fun fact: The crew's dialogue changes several times as your progress in the story! But most players don't seem to realize that, oopsie!

I kind of consider the Floating Fashionista to be part of the supporting cast in Demon Tides! Sure, it's "just" a ship but it's also your constant companion who helps you cross the seas!

Demon Tides is currently the highest, or second highest, rated 3D Platformer of the year on metacritic! Depends on if you count the absolutely spectacular Denshattack! as a 3D Platformer or not lmao

Screenshot showing best 3D Platformers of 2026 on metacritic. Spot 1 is Denshattack! And spot 2 is Demon Tides.

Regarding the Switch port: There's a good reason we haven't announced a release date for it yet! I promise it's worth the extra wait, not much longer now!

In a different timeline we could have had these dorks:

Sketches of a "Long" and "Short" Lokian who look quite comical.

Lokians are the most common NPCs found in Demon Tides! They all wear masks to hide themselves from the ever-present gaze of their tyrant in the skies! It's also quite a clever way to make NPC diversity a lot easier as a small dev team! 😜

Imagine if we worked on two games at the same time again... Imagine how crazy that would be!

"Demon Tides, developed by Fabraz, is the best indie game of 2026, and it accomplishes something that a lot of indie games don't. It's a 3D platformer that can go toe-to-toe with the best of the genre, including Nintendo's peerless mustached mascot." Wow! 🤩

The cool thing with cross-platform graffiti is that the THIRTY THOUSAND tags placed by PC players will immediatelly show up to new players on the Nintendo Switch!

Correct! No other consoles announced for now but the SW1 version has a 60fps toggle for SW2 and you can run the docked graphics in handheld.
