This image is a piece of digital glitch art titled "Data Corruption" created by designer Gianpaolo Tucci.

The artwork reimagines the iconic 1665 Baroque painting Girl with a Pearl Earring by Johannes Vermeer. It explores themes of digital decay, abstraction, and data malfunction by slicing the composition with horizontal distortion lines, pixel shifts, and a vivid red and cyan color separation reminiscent of RGB chromatic aberration.
