SANYA just saved my day! My display manager crashed for some reason and I was stuck in a TTY console. Wait, console? SANYA! SANYA gave me the exact command needed to unlock the session and get my desktop GUI back. It is small moments like these where building your own CLI tool truly pays off.

Still experimenting with filesystem tools for SANYA. Latest addition: CREATE_FILE. It works, but I am not fully happy with how it is implemented yet, as it handles file creation via streaming. Looking at Aider and Mentat now, considering a block-based search-and-replace approach next. #DevLog

Fixed my monster switch case... Refactored SANYA to respect the Open-Closed Principle. Instead of hardcoded tool branches, it now dynamically sources modular files from ./tools/*.zsh. If i want to add a new tool, I just drop a new file in. I'm proud of my work! :) #DevLog #CleanCode #Zsh

I often think building SANYA in Zsh was a huge mistake. No async, no OOP, no true booleans-everything is a string! Yet here we are: 1,500 lines of Zsh pushing borders. A functional ReAct loop with native tool calling, curl, and jq parsing. Tell me: Is this genius or just incredibly stupid? #Coding

When Azure fails or the internet goes down, Sanya still runs! Just implemented a local fallback AI using Ministral 3 (8B) via Ollama. It now manages my to-do list & assists me offline. Spent the whole day refactoring & implementing. So happy with the result! #BuildInPublic

Also i added a Post-Retrival behaviour into the system-message. A Synthesis between facts from LEX and general knowledge from training data to create a intelligent response. Later tests seems successful!

So far, I've only used a threshold of 0.85 in my vector database. It never ceases to amaze me how, for example, the Sentence Transformer identifies similarities between my cats and a U.S. president.
