I have successfully lost 15 pounds in ~3 months by changing my diet and nothing else Veggies, fish and chicken, all my carbs are in snacks so I don’t overdo the calories I don’t count calories, just if I have a snack I limit having more carbs and focus on fats or protein I call it keto lite
