If you’re not from Missouri, you may not know that Eric Schmitt got his start in MAGA politics by suing public schools for mask mandates while their teachers died during a pandemic. The really strange thing? He never sued his own kids’ school for their mask mandate. He’s a piece of Schitt.

I get it now: He's JD Vancing for VP--its his "they're eating the dogs & cat" attack dog/loyalty audition. It doesn't matter if its true, even better if its ridiculous and a humiliating self-own. It proves his loyalty at cost. But JD isn't gonna be President, and Schmidt isn't gonna be a Senator.

Faceplanted so badly no one is seeing the other problem: being in the same city wouldn’t begin to prove they colluded or even met. It was all bullshit from the start, nothing but a baseless smear with zero substance, like when he sued China over Covid

gift article from The New York Times. www.nytimes.com/live/2026/08... Maybe we should have thought of this BEFORE we started a war its now clear we're losing. Maybe think about how to do things, how sequence can make a difference in outcomes.

I’m manifestly unprepared to be a US Senator, but I shamelessly pursue it anyway because I want to be something, even if it means the degradation of a great nation and a big step toward feudal rule

I used to wonder how someone as informed as he, with a serious history of supporting public health, could have taken the tragic decisions he had on confirming RFK and now Todd Blanche. After hearing him, not such a big mystery, nor tragedy, just people knowing better but lacking integrity

Shame on everyone who plays into this retribution smear of Fauci. You’re peeking into his private diary, not his public statements to condemn him. Let’s examine your private thoughts and see how admirable you are. And this is exactly why his enemies leaked it

No, not as President, he did it before. That doesn’t detract from my point, it WAS my point—Hoover was much more accomplished than Trump before he was President. And the World Bank didn’t exist when Hoover was President. Perhaps confused by my typo, intended WW1 not 2

Maybe Trump is desperately looking for an exit from Iran, but equally plausible: He’s doing a Netanyahu—keep the war going because he’s going to jail when it ends. In the meantime, market manipulation with Friday good news, setting up shorts, that surge on reality bad news. Rinse & Repeat
