started making (yet another) project. this one is a small puzzle game with seed based generation. base gameplay is done, just gotta polish and tie some stuff together. if anyone was wondering. instead of having all of those blades modeled, it's just 5 flat planes stacked on top of eachother with the same repeting texture. it would also be super easy to do things like make pathways and what not, cuz i just have to cut out the shape from the one plane

after trying to figure something good for like a a week, because my initial idea wasnt gonna be very well optimized for my engine, i thought of ***Cube Grass(TM)*** got the insparation from some older games, its, as far as im aware, very optimized. #gamedev #indigame #lowpoly #indidev #videogames

I spent a while thinking about how to make beating up Clippy more challenging—and I finally figured it out: give him a ranged attack! Now he spits out errors that freeze the player, but not other errors or enemies. Looks weird, yeah... #games #videogames #gamedev #gamedevelopment #indie #indiegame
