I Want to Love You Till Your Dying Day - i'll give like a 4/10 or something. I'd give it a 5 but I've never rated a show I've dropped so it has to be better than those. Shikimori was a 5 iirc so this can be a 4.

I compare it unfavourably to Carameliser. That show was also focused on a romance but managed to put a decent amount of focus on the circumstances of the world and the side characters. It can also be unfavourably compared to Lycoris Recoil which is a show where action is actually shown on screen.

I didn't really feel any sorrow in the fact she died. That was also the point I decided to drop the show. There's also the fact that the whole conflict these girls are a part of is pretty barely expanded upon. Maybe they do explain more past episode 7 but again I dropped it and I haven't checked.

much only exist for the sake of this EXTREMELY OBVIOUS doomed yuri thing where they spend an entire episode making it super obvious she was going to get murked. It got to the point I was more annoyed than sad, and because the characters were entirely incidental apart from the fact they were in love-

happens. It's really disappointing. Then you have the fact it's like "Yuri". Now I like yuri but there's a difference between like "yuri" and a story where it feels like the setting is just an excuse to do yuri and it's been given little thought besides that. The characters of Seiran and Eli pretty-

Then you get to the fact that it's a show about child soldiers that rarely shows any of the children being soldiers. The scene that ended up convincing me to watch the show ended up just being a training sequence, most of the scenes where they actually do any fighting are cut off before much-

Okay time to talk about this. I dropped "I Want to Love You Till Your Dying Day" and I wanna complain. Firstly it's got such a small cast which is good for an idiot like me with bad memory but is a detriment to establishing scale when the setting is a whole school with like hundreds of pupils.

Also Meitantei Precure is really good but I'll have to wait another 2 seasons to talk about that.

One Piece 1-181 - WAN PEEEEEEEEECE! My friend finally convinced me to start watching this in fear of getting the One Piece reveal spoilt so I've been watching this for the last couple months. It's pretty good I see why so many people have latched onto this. Chopper is my favourite.

Re:Zero Season 4 Part 2 - Not much to say about this one. Enjoyed it a decent amount. Very nice to see Rem again and hopefully Season 5 is on the way at some point.

Hanaori-san - Junk Food rom-com Reverse Isekai with Sora's VA Akira Sekine. Nothing amazing but sometimes you're in the mood for something like this and it delivers. 7/10

So it's been just over a year since I started drawing more consistently and while I still often hit points where I feel like I'm not making progress and my ideals are out of reach, overall I still feel pretty hopefully and I'm a lot more satisfied with what I produce more often.

I was going to change the style of bird wing/ear but then I realised i didn't know how to draw it well so i just kept this one. Also was too lazy to redraw the hair.
