Llano River at Llano affecting Llano County.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Llano River at Llano.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding makes secondary
roads and low bridges in the flood plain dangerous to motorists
including the low water crossing of Ranch Road 3404/Slab Road near
Kingsland. Equipment should be moved from low docks and boat ties
loosened downstream in Kingsland.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 10:00 AM CDT Saturday was 11.9 feet.

banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and

bank. Turbulent flow above Pafford Crossing to Amistad Reservoir
can wash campers, automobiles, and equipment downstream.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, (2.4 meters), Moderate flooding covers
several hundred yards of the flood plain. Campers, automobiles and
equipment can be washed downstream below Juno to Amistad Reservoir.

livestock, autos, camp equipment and campers away well into the
flood plain and tributaries of the Devils River above Glasscock
Ranch to Amistad Reservoir. Roads and bridges are severely flooded
and extremely dangerous. Many areas are cut off for hours. At 19.0
feet, (5.8 meters), Massive flooding destroys anything in the flood
plain near the Devils River and its tributaries.

At 815 AM CDT, department of transportation and emergency management
reported flash flooding across the warned area, specifically along
portions of US Highway 377 and State Highway 55 in Edwards County.
Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall
amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash
flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Llano River at Llano.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding makes secondary
roads and low bridges in the flood plain dangerous to motorists
including the low water crossing of Ranch Road 3404/Slab Road near
Kingsland. Equipment should be moved from low docks and boat ties
loosened downstream in Kingsland. At 16.0 feet, Moderate lowland
flooding threatens docks and boats in the flood plain downstream in
Kingsland. Secondary roads and bridges will be flooded and
dangerous to motorists. Flow exceeds the USGS 1:2 year flood level.
