If you struggle with anxiety or feeling overwhelmed, the best exercise I can recommend is to focus on your breath. Let your breathing continue naturally, and count the inhales and exhales. Anytime you lose count, non-judgmentally notice, and start again. It's free and available to you any time.

Circling back to this, a lot of times you can make a slow intro for a game trailer, but use real gameplay instead of a debug camera flying through the environment. This is a small change, but showing the audience how/who they play can make the shot MUCH stronger and more informative!
