Just booked my ticket to IMSA at Laguna Seca! I am so excited to see this race in person! It’s such a legendary circuit and race, and it’s been on my wishlist for so long to watch a race there. It’s been a couple years since I’ve been to a race. Pic from 1000 miles of Sebring a few years back.

Ryō Hirakawa piloting the number 8 Toyota GR010 at the 1000 Miles of Sebring in 2023. This was the last year that WEC ran the 1000 miles of Sebring race before they moved over to the Lone Star Le Mans in Austin. I took this photo in the braking zone of turn 7 during the race. This is one of the best spots to watch the race from due to it’s location at the end of a high speed section, being the inside of a hairpin corner, and having a hill to watch from. Most of my favorite photos I’ve taken at this race were taken at this corner.

Made this leather crossbody bag recently and its kinda one of the few things I'm actually happy about and proud about in the last 6 months. It's honestly a great size and feels really nice to wear. Now if only I had somewhere to wear it too...

A small, almost triangular, brown leather bag with brass zippers and clasps sitting next to it's detached strap that is an ornate pattern of orange and black shapes on a tan background. The strap also has brass hardware.

My other other work bestie and I decided to ditch early and go riding to get our minds off the layoffs cause we were both getting into bad places mentally. Really glad we did go riding tbh. Really helped clear our heads and it was a beautiful day for it. Plus the views really lifted our spirits.

But tbh, for my money, this new halo car doesn't even break the top 20 of desirable Ferraris in my opinion. Oh and if I were Ferrari, the Daytona SP3 should have been the LaFerrari halo car replacement. Or at least something styled as well as the SP3, it's just a much better looking car.

Ferrari clapped back at the arrival of the McLaren W1 with the office announcement of their own brand new hypercar halo car, the F80. It's got a twin turbo 3L V6 hybrid system with 3 electric motors, all kinds of fun aero bits and bobs, and very unique, yet familiar styling. Def a very Ferrari car!

It is so freaking wild to think that in a little over a day, something I designed, built, tested, rebuilt, tested again and again, and eventually built the flight hardware for... is GOING TO SPACE!!!!! When I graduated college in 2021, I never thought this would be happening so early in my career!!

The most surreal thing about visiting KSC was seeing the VAB in person. The amount of history that has gone through that building is just incredible and just being next to it was incredible.

Visiting KSC was such an awesome experience and I NEED to go back again soon! Every time I see such incredible machines like a shuttle orbiter or a Saturn V or the Hubble telescope, I get this nagging feeling that makes me want to be part of the next "big thing" in space.

My overall thoughts on it are that it probably would be a fantastic vehicle for taking off-roading and getting dirty, but I would never own one as a daily driver. Sorry mom. Also, want to point out that the first thing we did in the vehicle, was take it up Pikes Peak!

So what Ineos did was create the Grenadier in the image of the old Land Rovers, but chucked a whole bunch of modern engineering into it as well. The result, as Ineos puts it: "rugged British spirit with German engineering rigour"!

Denver Pride was today. I tried to enjoy myself and not get too anxious. I almost didn't go because my Anxiety got going really bad. It was honestly a great event and the vibe was there. I even saw a bunch of other furs there having great times. I tried to enjoy it but my anxiety just didn't let me.

Well update on the die-ing/dead car I was dealing with, I ended up trading it in on a really nice upgrade a couple weeks ago while my parents were in town. Got me a really nice GMC Canyon to take the place of the Cruze. Still have the Evo but idk which one I like driving more between the 2 now.

The old cruze on its death bed of a tow truck after the first time it broke down and wouldn't start.
