Oh wow. This opens up bigger ship utilisation for ExoB. Outstanding! A part of my heart will however always reside in my beloved Hauler.

#EliteDangerous on my mind this morning. I’ve loads on at the moment but I realised that I’ve not tried the new on-foot “AI”. Haven’t played a video game in several weeks. Very bizarre.

Raven colonial is a game changer. Makes the process so much more “visible”. Planning and executing less risky.

Haven’t played #EliteDangerous in a few weeks now. I miss it but for some reason I don’t feel like playing. WTAF is that all about?

This has reminded me of YET another thing I've not done. I read the Wagar books and meant to visit the pertinent sites in the stories. If you've not read them, please go do so. I loved them. #EliteDangerous

Sometimes it's nice just to take time out and chill by the fire. #EliteDangerous #StellarScreenshots

Bacterium Informem everywhere. Can’t wait to cash in. Mum will be delighted.

Yes exactly! Feels like there’s more to be made of a “career”.

Federation and Imperial ranks mean nothing anymore. I don’t think that’s right. I think @frontierdev.bsky.social should make more use of the rankings. I’d also add it’s a bit silly to be able to to both fed and imp. #EliteDangerous

This poem is dedicated to anyone making a start on their advent calendar today.

The Good Old Days

Pity the poor children
of today, with their calendars
stuffed with chocolates,

never to know the thrill
of opening a small cardboard door
and discovering behind it

a picture of a bell.

Saw some blue plants, somebody said it was like mining. Ended up mining. #EliteDangerous #EliteDangerousLife

Just as we come out of beta too

Hmm ok. High security is very, very useful for in-system shipping. Panther doesn’t need a shield at all. Also mission running for the very lazy is handy in high security system due to the constant interdictions.

Yes excellent thanks for sharing this post. My big worry was loss of market materials for further colonisation. Sounds like good news (or actually just much lesser bad news).

Evoflash @evoflash.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

Doesn’t this weight to the argument for AI government?

Evoflash @evoflash.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

Have the colonisation changes affected market stocks? I’m away from ED until Thursday night. #EliteDangerous

I've now opened the PP modules having only ever had Prismatics. What is interesting? I'm looking forward to pack-hounds as they sound fun, but I don't know about the rest. #EliteDangerous

And that's a wrap for the Soontil Relic Rush! Smashed past rank 100, opened up all the modules (EXCITEMENT!) I had no idea last week that I'd be Powerplaying HARD this week!! This game honestly.... #EliteDangerous - there's simply TOO MUCH to do!

Commander stood on the roof of a Panther Clipper Saluting. o7

The Soontil Relic Run has given my beautful Chrome Cutter a new lease of life as it turns out to be the best candidate for the job! It's been a lovely return for the finest looking ship this side of Andromeda. #EliteDangerous

Cutter sat on slot 24 in a Coriolis station.

Bravo @frontierdev.bsky.social and all #EliteDangerous team. Totally love what you've done. Thank you.

Evoflash @evoflash.bsky.social · 05/11/2025

Utterly dislike. Give us a big pack DLC. Happy with that. Not this "micro"-transaction hell.

120

Evoflash @evoflash.bsky.social · 05/11/2025

@frontierdev.bsky.social Don’t lock the Dodec behind a permanent ARX wall. It seriously devalues the #EliteDangerous moniker and sets a very disappointing precedent for the game. I urge to you treat the game with the respect it deserves, rather than thrashing it for a few short term cents.

I’ve found a way to play Skyrim and #EliteDangerous at the same time. Colony hauling. Loads of time in between to dip back in to Skyrim. It’s ace. I’ve done about eighty Panther Clipper loads over the last week or so.

040

Evoflash @evoflash.bsky.social · 12/10/2025

I’m taking time in #Skyrim to chat to people. It’s so lovely. I think my return started a few months back when YouTube randomly threw me a segment of the music. The music when you’re on the plains near Whiterun is to die for. Which I have done a lot in the early phases. Chatting however = quests!

Congratulations! Great job.

I’ve taken a break from Elite. I accidentally bought Skyrim Special Edition. Whooooops!

Evoflash @evoflash.bsky.social · 02/10/2025

I built a library in a Hearthstone house and set about filling it with one of every book which each had its own specific location in the house. I insisted though that the books must only be found by organic gameplay. These were the ones I had left to do. I really needed to get out more I think.

000

Evoflash @evoflash.bsky.social · 02/10/2025

It’s really good. I think I rushed it all those years ago. I’m taking time now to listen to everyone.

000

Evoflash @evoflash.bsky.social · 02/10/2025

Accidentally bought #Skyrim Special Edition yesterday in Steam sale. It’s been several years since I last fired the original up. Started afresh. Switched off at quarter past midnight ON A SCHOOL NIGHT! Whole house asleep.

I'm running 256T capacity, take about 50-60 limpets. Out and back to HR 6421 4 ring A the middle of three HazRez's is also a platinum hotspot. Prospector finding 63% platinum rocks. BANG.

Evoflash @evoflash.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

The yields with prospectors in hazrez are huge! ~50t off one asteroid last night.

130

Evoflash @evoflash.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

Yes! I spray around the asteroid, pitching up and left/right, rotating as I noticed I was blowing up chunks(!)

110

Evoflash @evoflash.bsky.social · 01/10/2025

I’ve removed the mining lasers and I’ll probably take off the seismic charges and missiles too. Just the repeater is plenty. Downgrade power plant and disto. Prospecting makes big difference I’ve found. Tempted to run class 2 prospector, try to use class 3 shield leave space for class 4 refinery.
