It's been almost 13 years. There's actually no shot people still ask if Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMIX, the Kingdom Hearts collection that infamously has a cancelled remake of 358/2 (straight from Nomura's mouth), suddenly has a fully playable version of the original 358/2 in a 2026 port of 1.5+2.5.

To whoever created this card for Duel Masters, I just wanna talk. Why does this war crime on legs read like Kashtira and Mystic Mine had a one night stand Created the card game equivalent of Yian Garuga And promptly sent that child to torture a different card game's highly sensitive ecosystem?

Second effect on the creature half of this card (Bangetsu Ga Ryuzark) is essentially a mana floodgate that chokes your options when your opponent controls it by reducing your mana recovery to 3 per turn instead of full

Combined with certain Mafi Gang/Magic Tool creatures, Bangetsu is effectively more a war crime on legs than it already is.

Imagine if Kashtira and Mystic Mine birthed a child that zone locked your actions in Monster Zones based on the number of cards in your hand being lower than 5+; Matching the Level/Rank of what you control while your opponent controls it, and turning "Discard For Cost" effects into a hinderance.

So how about those patch notes, huh? I'm, for one, happy with the compromise with UC. Taking away the invincibility outright is too extreme and prevents interaction, and Bagging got punished. Surely the problem is solved for all of you who wanted this change to UC so bady now, right? 🙃

Nerfing Ultimate Charge while still keeping it defensive, as it was designed, revealed the real problem with CrossWorlds races if you actually read the patch notes.

I hope it was worth trying to take the invincibility away.
