iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Anyway, things are maybe discouraging for me these days but I have experienced far worse. Transition is still the best thing I ever did in my life. Even now I am in such a better place, being myself, doing art, etc. Things are fragile but I am doing ok and sometime a lil good all things considered.

I never dared to eat leftovers but shit I always noticed when people left food behind and I could feel really bitter. Ended up preparing my suicide but just mentally broke instead and decided I was not trans anymore 💀, numbed myself down enough to find back work eventually and lost 8 years of life.

Worse I experienced was when I ended up on social aid because of dysphoria (was closeted, could not handle being a man in a work space). Was in diff neighbourhood, I had to roll my 1 cents to buy my espresso and try to do some work. I was hungry and people left behind their half finished sandwiches.

The coffee shop often fill with wealthy top tier middle class people who keep doing business meeting, it often make me feel out of place when I cant focus in my bubble.

I also bring an energy bar to avoid ordering something to eat in the morning. Which is bad café etiquette but what can I do? Prices have doubled here.

A thing I do now, is that avoid charging my devices at home to try to save on electricity. I do it at the coffee shop instead.

Not knowing what was to come…

It was published in 2015, so maybe written in 2014. It was before my own transition. I am feeling a strange nostalgia imagining these writers back then who simply added some trans characters because we exist, probably feeling hopeful for our future.

1260

Oh there was a trans man too in the pregen characters! The bio is better written here. 👍 Let's go Chill 3rd!

Awww look how cute she is! The text is clumsy with the gendering of the character in regard of her past, could have been easily better but still I appreciate that they tried.

1172

She is featured in the opening comic book pages. Also the Chill RPG's publisher, Martin Caron, live in Quebec.

Naturally some people were freaking out in the reviews, even back then (2015).

1161

Just learned that Chill 3e edition has a nerdy trans girl as an exemple and spotlight character.

I witness that too. Things are getting worse.

I got a bit of time before the Traveller game session, I will paint my Eldars a bit. (I painted a bit earlier today). Working on the guardians.

You are too hot, I am blushing. I was not expecting you to turn the table on me. 😮🥵

I should try again to draw more on my tablet instead of drawing everything on paper.

blasphemoustomes.com/2026/10/08/n... A weird Japanese psychological horror. I'm still not sure what I make of this one. It's tense and moody, offering more questions than answers. I'm hesitant to recommend it, as I suspect most people will hate it, but I found it unsettling.

I got the feeling that it will backfire for some of them.

Quick sketch for Orbital megastructure, I may redraw it later. Camping phase rest.

How do the gender swap fit in all this?

120

It look nice, good job. I often struggle with that too.

I am really looking forward finishing version 0.9.6 and being able to start a proper continuous campaign that wont really feel like a playtest.

I will try to work on OrbiMega today, I want to finalize the big equipment table and fix the weapon and armor matrix. Tonight I am playing Traveller, I really need to hangout with my IRL friends even if it is just online.

1160

Thanks Anton, I reached a cup of coffee.

It will probably be ok, maybe you needed to let go of things and do these coming outs. Maybe these people won’t even remember too, it’s probably not a big deal for them anyway. It is always a bigger deal for ourselves.

120

Thanks, you seem passionate about it. The lore presentation was not ideal but I was able to figure out the important elements and I simply setup an isolated system at the fringe of galactic civ so that I can do my own thing at a more local level. Will see how it will go when I finally run the game.🙂

No, it is art for a t-shirt for the game, commissioned by the author. Hopefully it will look good in print.

020

I want to share these small victories with someone someday.

0180

Going to bed. I did good today by finishing that big commission that was stressing me. 💜—> for myself I will take a break now and start working on my next commission next week.
