Silly artwork, puns, Maths. Possibly some stand-up/poetry/writing if I find the time. Occasional cryptic crossword setter. Had the evilflea handle for ages, trying out a stage/pen name.

Persistent goose meme from the original comic by They Can Talk.

Panel one: Goose saying, "But... the Silly Voices"
Panel two: Goose, now chasing man, saying, "You don't get to do the Silly Voices"

Okay, there we go.
Some sort of adorable dog like creature with big eyes and huge claws. An easel next to them has a board reading "I KILL YOU".

I have decided to keep a sketchbook and pens in the living room to encourage me not to stare at my phone. So I went and got another unfinished sketchbook for that purpose. I don't know what this undated utensil-handed guy was going to be, but he looks sad.
A doodle of a bin, maybe, with spindly robot arms and legs. His right hand is a spoon and fork. His left looks like some kind of scoop and a corkscrew.

Maybe it is R2D SPOON

Today's doodle. Had to draw it twice as I tried to do Catbus completely from memory the first time, and let's just say I didn't get it completely right.

Can't tell from their provocative racist AI slop whether Tories are now pro- or anti-mimes? Maybe these headlines on the front page of BBC News will help? "Kemi Badenoch has cemented her image. Now she wants to put her party back on the big stage" "'Really tough': Badenoch on threats to politicians"
A race between a pirate, who is dressed as a mime, and an actual mime, being cheered on by one of their coaches directing them towards the finish line, and tracked by the ghost of a runner who lost his legs in an horrific wheelbarrow incident. No, not really, that's just what this horrible AI slop looks like. It's actually a terrible depiction of what are supposed to be two criminals in striped pyjamas who are fleeing an angry mob of two people, one of whom has no legs. One of the criminals has a strip of black material tied around his head for some reason, and the other has a really really white face. But with them running and still wearing prison clothes, were they released or did they escape? This makes no sense. And is simultaneously one of the least awful things about the racist Tory tapestry. Don't look at the caricature of the Chancellor.

But hey, Kemi's making the Tories serious again and is horrified by how divisive rhetoric is endangering everyone's safety in political discourse. So this is fine. It's all fine. It's fine. Fine.

Looks like a Hollywood studio made a Garfield movie in the 1990s, inexplicably decided to try (badly) to make their animatronic puppet look like an actual cat, and had the plot centre around Jon's ailing but rebellious mother.
Ad from between Facebook reels. Caption: "RoboPets - Robotic Interactive Companion Pets - UK and EU".

An elderly lady in a care home is sat up in an adjustable bed, with a ginger robot cat on her lap, sporting chunky fluffy cartoonish features that make it resemble a nasty child's toy that will run for about an hour at best on 6 AA batteries.

Just found this really tiny portal in a tree in Blackborough Woods near Cullompton
Some tiny mushrooms we spotted in the knot of a tree. Turns out the tiny mushrooms frame a gravelled path for microhobbits to journey into the tree.

This reminds me of Selma when we got her in 2019, aged 2. She'd had an operation & was a bit underweight, as well as being young. She's built like a tank now, in no small part from losing her sight suddenly last year - we had to pump her full of steroids & hope for the best. (She's fine now.)

Looked at my Facebook memories. Ten years since I wrote this silly short story about exposition.
"I'm not happy."

"Why not?"

"You know why."

"No. I don't. Not really. You never talk about it."

"You never ask about it."

"Because I know how you'll react."

"And what about the readers?"

"What about them?"

"Well, it's hardly fair on them, is it? They're taking time out of their day to read this. Don't they deserve to know?"

"So? I didn't ask them to read this."

"Neither of us asked them to read it, but they are! They could be watching something on YouTube but instead they're here reading this. Doesn't that mean anything to you? Why can't you just say it?"

"Look, this conversation is just between us. We both know what this is really about, but neither of us wants to face it. Why would I describe it all to you when you already know?"

"Because the readers want to know!"

"That's not how people talk in real life!"

"Oh you're impossible."
