A little bad news post bottom surgery, it triggered an alopecia flare up. The hair around my right ear gave out over the last week. I got my latest round of interlesion steroid injections on Friday, but it takes over a week to take full effect. It should grow back, but it really sucks.

The nurse practitioner who did my post-op warned that I might start having more tightness/resistance while dilating in the next week or two. She was right on the money. I can still dilate, but there is resistance. That said the swelling is going down a lot and my labia is looking more like a labia
