No not at all, I personally don't think that. I wouldn't want to live in my hometown, where I largely felt like I don't fit. I still struggle with that but maybe less. From the sound of it you would be a bit happier in bigger city, if just for the experience of it.

For sure bigger cities have more artist hubs through which find peers, that is a big plus. I see what you mean, it sounds frustrating. I guess what I meant it just comes with caveat, that it's still tough to make friends at 30+ age and big cities come with its own set of problems

Living in Vancouver despite it being pretty major city, I wouldn't say it's still easy to make friends. There's more ppl maybe but everyone is busy, & have options for hangouts. I think it's like Nico said, best chances if living in walking proximity of others otherwise we're stuck in planning hell

I just wanted to ignore Catania, no supports with anyone in Leda's group but her stats just skyrocketed so she's a good unit. Absolutely no idea what's her character, but she sure is there

I just like paintings and drawings... and sometimes they're much more effective in conveying emotion and mood than seemingly more animated and detailed 3D, it's a chance for art direction and style flavour

I may be alone with this opinion, but I prefer static (with varied expressions), nicely illustrated 2D character portraits over the puppet animated wobble 3D portraits

I like Leda’s main group and their dynamics, but others are lot more scattered and there’s much less support conversations. In fe3h you also deploy 10-12 units since get go but in FW only 7, so I guess it makes sense There’s interesting characters but they’re mostly not available to recruit haha.

Me too though I’d say it’s only gotten more challenging around chapter 7, but I’m glad. Ng+ hard was like comfort mode in fe3h, pretty easy, but not complete cakewalk. Hard in FW right now if like oof ok I have to think, that’s good!

I think Fortunes Weave is very ambitious, but I'd rather have less routes if it means the story is more refined, and tighter supports between fewer characters rather than lot of characters that are just, there. Core cast of Leda's route is fun, but geez where's everyone with their supports

One time I did cartoon horses for a client, a show pitch, and I received notes from big time horse girls (compliment). I never met them face to face but I learned a lot about horses, the notes were -locked in-. I still appreciate it

Yeah I'm not sure why he felt so pressed about it. I think snobbiness comes from placing superiority on difficult art in comparison to accessible, but I prefer keeping an open bridge between them. Doesn't have to be one or the other I want to see Lucas museum, maybe someday when US is less insane

I recently read a pretty based opinion from head of Finnish art society, who answered a question about whether anyone can call themselves an artist with "yes"- he believes it's not taking anything away from anyone. There's no harm in it, it's not a protected title (like "doctor" is)

I like Blue Lions characters the most, and the route is solid, even if storywise quite middle of the road. I wish Crimson Flower would be a little more fleshed out. I played it as the very first route and it felt most dramatic, which was fun.

I've done Azure moon maybe 4 times, Verdant wind 3, Crimson flower 2, church route 1. Not sure of exact numbers but this feels correct I think I did Maddening run 3 times, those were genuinely pretty challenging and long games. But hard mode was kind of my comfort gaming for a good while
