Some progress on ANProto over ATProto. Soon you will be able to centralized your an posts on one pds! Or use this in conjunction with other networking strategies such as Websockets and Trystero.

I asked AI to try and recreate @pfrazee.com's first (?) stab at a client for @dominictarr.bsky.social's secure-scuttlebot and this is what I got. I will admit the hexagons took a lot of human-in-the-loop to get right. This is a non-working web page, but does anyone want to see it in action?

For a long time scuttlebot "lite clients" were broken. I gave OpenAI's Codex 15 minutes to try and figure out how to fix them and here's their answer. Yes, the keypair is in the browser where it should be. Anyone want to try this, or audit this code? I'll push to gh.

Here's a prototype! No ponzi required. Unless we are considering AI a ponzi. I wasn't in the mood to code today, so this is all GPT5/4. It uses anproto.js and apds.js under the hood. And I even convinced ChatGPT to learn hscrpt! I'll clean up the code and push to github sooner or later

I tracked down and fixed the duplicate messages issue on Wiredove! It turns out somewhere the trailing equals on the anproto signatures were being stripped and since we hash the signatures this created two message records. Enjoy, a duplicate free environment:
