Betting on a papal conclave might seem a bit, graceless. But have you considered

by Baumgartner, Frederic J, 2003: "When d'Amboise entered Rome late in the evening of September 10, a huge crowd was in the streets shouting his name and saluting him as the next pope. The Roman bookmakers, who accepted bets on who would be elected, did not think so highly of d'Amboise's chances. They set his odds at 13 to 100, while della Rovere's were at 15 to 100; the favorite was Cardinal Piccolomini, who was at 30 to 100. (7)

Footnote 7: Wagering on the papal election was an old practice by 1503, but the Venetian ambassadors' reports in Sanuto, I Diarii, are the first sources on the odds.

Over to milliard berre i planleggingsmidlar er skremmande tal.
Spesielt skremmande er det at ein har framleis planlegginga trass i at Hordfast ikkje vart prioritert i Nasjonal Transportplan.
Me må sikra framkjømd og trygge vegar i staden for slike gigantiske monsterprosjekt. Planlegginga av Hordfast og ambisjonane om Bergen-Stavanger på to timar, ma verta skrinlagd. Dei er heilt vanvitige.
