Get to know more about how the EU is ensuring delivery of life-saving aid to countries affected by disasters, including Myanmar. With the launch of the EU HAB flights, critical supplies have been landing in Myanmar. Since 2nd April, 14 flights have arrived carrying over 708 tonnes of emergency aid.

Today we received in Yangon the 2nd humanitarian plane carrying 55 tonnes of emergency supplies, including shelter, medical material, & other critical items to help people in need. All will be distributed by Fondazione CESVI to the affected areas based on needs. #EUinMyanmar #MyanmarEarthquake

✋🔴 On the International Day Against the Use of Child Soldiers, draw a red hand & share it to stand against child recruitment. Myanmar saw a 123% rise in grave violations against children in 2023, now among the top countries for child soldier recruitment. The real number may be far higher.
