We're back from Hampden for the launch of Following Sam, a fantastic book by our friend Jon Attenborough. It follows Jon and his guide dog Sam as they visit all 42 SPFL grounds, exploring access and football culture around Scotland. A must-read for football fans and access champions alike.

We thought we'd take in a bit of culture at Ulster Museum. With plenty to see, great access and a well stocked cafe, it's a great place to spend the afternoon.

Our next stop is Belfast City Hall. As well as being a beautiful building, with an easily accessible entrance, it boasts a well maintained Changing Places Toilet! Definitely worth a visit.
