AMR data from wastewater surveillance is still difficult to interpret. With the new UWWTD, AMR wastewater surveillance will come anyways. Thus, we need to identify targets with whom to accompany it to generate use cases. Maybe combination with STI monitoring could be a thing? #episky #watersky 🧪

Candidozyma auris needs more attention in the Wastewater Surveillance Community, too. It's recognized by AMR experts, but usually not focus of discussion. While there are challenges to overcome, Wastewater Surveillance can be a tool to gather necessary intel on Candidozyma spread. #episky #IDsky 🧪
