Every $1 invested in tribal colleges and universities (TCCUs) returns $1.60 in tax revenue and public sector savings. Less than 1% of American philanthropic investments serve Native Americans. For every $100 invested, only 51¢ goes directly to causes that directly + exclusively serve Native folks.

There are currently no relocation plans for Record Group 75, the BIA records. Many of the records are not yet digitized. Losing them means the loss of Native treaty, land and trust property, and boarding school records referenced by tribal governments, genealogists, and attorneys. #NARA #NativeNews
