Vous avez remarqué que la loi sur le casque est très soutenue par… les automobilistes ? Et pour cause, dans l'image d'Épinal de la ville cyclable sans casque, il n'y a pas de voitures. On comprend bien que le problème c'est pas l'île d'Aix. C'est les rond-points, les abords de voie rapide etc.

En parlant de 2003 et 2019… parlons temps de retour « dans un climat normal» : - 2003 : temps de retour entre 200 et 500 ans, donc plus que centennal. - 2019 : entre 50 et 150 ans, en gros centennal -2026 : plus que 2019. On peut ne pas avoir de chance… ou plus les mêmes dés.

Been using @mattpocock.com (who sadely doesn't seem to be here anymore) /grill-with-doc skill lately. It's excellent and really level the game between models. Like Opus or mistral-medium are basically on par for common tasks. Basic engineering, break things down instead brute forcing it I guess.

I haven't been using Claude Code "skills" because for the little customiwation I do, "commands" seemed enough and it works nice out of the box anyways. I decided to learn once and for all how "skills" are different. And Claude said… they are the same 🤷. Let's say I'm thick and I call them prompts.

Claude Code output in the terminal:
1. Legacy vs. Current: .command might be the old naming convention and .skills is the current one, but both are still supported for backwards compatibility
2. Different mechanisms: They could potentially serve slightly different purposes (though from my perspective, I interact with both through the Skill tool)

Pushed my first #react useTransition to prod today! We have huge Tanstack table where hiding/showing columns can take a bit of time. It shows a little spinner in the column selection modal until everything has rendered 😍
